Q - Can I contact you with some additional questions?
A - Yes, please feel free to contact us with your questions.

Q - Do you have a Spanish version of your ESL website?
A - Not yet, but we are working on it.

Q - How do I sign up?
A - First, review our ESL web pages; they explain what we offer. Also, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our offerings or Spanish in Waterbury Center. Signing up is easy -- you can do it all online. Just complete the short registration form and pay online for your first lesson.

Q - Can I enroll online and pay with my credit card?
A - Yes. SWC uses PayPal so payment safe and easy. You do not need a PayPal account, and you can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account transfer.

Q - How much do lessons cost?
A - Our lessons cost $35 per hour (U.S. dollars). There are no monthly fees or hidden charges. We also provide free resources and materials associated with our lessons.

Q - I tried online classes that were much cheaper but they didn't work out. How can I be sure your classes are good?
A - Usually you get what you pay for. We ask you to pay at the beginning for just the first class so you can try us and then decide if you want to continue. We bet you will.

Q - I'm interested, how do I sign up?
A - We suggest that you start by contacting us about scheduling. Most people like to connect at the same times every week. Please give us some idea of your availability and we'll get back to you with a suggested time. Once we work out the scheduling, please register online and pay for the first lesson, both comfortably ahead of the planned lesson. Your payment reserves your time.

Q - How do I schedule a lesson?
A - No complicated computer systems to step through, just coordinate with your instructor. Most people like to connect at the same times every week to keep things simple and as a motivator.

Q - Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
A - When you make an appointment, we reserve time specifically for your lesson and prepare for it. Therefore, we request that you notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without this notification, you will still be responsible for the full fee of the scheduled class. Please read our Payment, Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Q - How does Skype work?
A - Skype is an easy-to-use program that lets you make voice/video "calls" via the Internet, using your computer and webcam, or your tablet. It is something like Apple's FaceTime video chat application but you can also do screen sharing, instant messaging and file sharing as part of your interaction. Q - How do you know what my level is and what I need?
A - We ask you to briefly describe your level and experience when you register. That will allow us to get ready for your first lesson. And at that time, we'll learn more about your needs and learning style. We will then customize what and how we teach to fit you, while using established methods that have been proven to be effective.
